Payment Policy:
Lessons are paid for by direct debit. You can find a full breakdown of the calculations on our pricing page. This is worked out pro rata, your direct debit will still be taken over the holiday periods. We ask for 28 days notice to cancel your direct debit and the final direct debit must be paid unless you have any outstanding lesson credits. Please see cancellation policy to see how we process lesson credits. All direct debits are collected by GoCardless. Any missed payment will incur a £5 late payment charge.
Cancellation Policy:
As per our terms and conditions, we ask for 28 days notice to cancel your membership with us. This notice period ensures we can manage our schedules and make appropriate adjustments. If you have any unused lesson credits at the time of cancellation, they will be deducted from your notice period. For example, if you have two lesson credits, your notice period will be reduced to two weeks.
Please note that failure to provide the required notice will result in ineligibility for re-enrolment in the future.
What happens if my class is cancelled?
We make every effort to avoid cancelling lessons; however, there are times when situations beyond our control may arise. If we have to cancel a lesson, we expect all participants to treat our team with the kindness and respect that they would like to be treated with. If we deem your behaviour disrespectful or rude, you may be removed from our programme and no refund will be given. For the safety of our Jelli Babies, we only operate in pools that are maintained at a temperature of 29°C or higher. If the pool temperature drops below this threshold, lessons will be automatically cancelled, and we will work to arrange a suitable catch-up lesson, if you cannot attend this catch up lesson, we may add a lesson credit to your account. Should we be unable to schedule a catch-up lesson within a reasonable time frame, a lesson credit will be added to your account.
If you accumulate 4 lesson credits, this will cover the cost of your final payment upon providing notice of cancellation.
Please note, we do not offer refunds where credits and/or catch ups can be arranged.
If you miss a lesson due to illness, holiday, or any other reason, unfortunately the lesson will be lost.
