welcome to The Jelli Swim Academy
We’re a multi-award-winning swim school with a big heart and a nurturing approach to teaching children to swim. We do things a little differently here, using our unique no-armband approach to help children discover their own buoyancy and build real confidence in the water from an early age.
Along the way, we gently introduce key water-safety skills, so every child feels safe, supported, and proud of what they can achieve.

Jelli babies
Our child-led swimming programme aimed at children age 3 months – 4 years. Lessons are themed each week and have progressive practises which focus on building water confidence and developing early swimming skills.
Age 3 months – 4 years
jelli juniors
Our highly recommended swim programme for children age 4+, offering quality beginners, improvers and advanced lessons. Teachers are in the water with a pool helper to assist. Class sizes are limited to 8 in a class.
Age 4 years +
jelli engage
Our JelliENGAGE programme is designed for children age 4+ who would benefit from smaller class sizes and a calmer learning environment. JelliENGAGE operates in Wigan, Bolton & Leigh venues only.
Age 4 years +
private lessons
We do also offer 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 lessons. These are extremely limited. Private lessons only operate in our pools in Bolton.
